Receive a brand-new Philips HeartStart HS1 or FRx AED delivered within 2 working days, ready to use straight out of the box.

Maintenance & Readiness Checks

We monitor your device and send replacement pads and batteries before they expire. Your AED is always in date and ready for use.

Insurance Coverage

Full insurance against accidental damage and theft is included. No additional policy needed — we have it covered.

Post-Deployment Replacement

If your AED is ever used in an emergency, we send a replacement immediately — free of charge. You're never left without protection.

Fault Replacement

Any device fault or defect and we dispatch a replacement straight away, along with a pre-paid return label for the faulty unit.

Free Delivery

Initial delivery and all replacement devices are shipped free of charge within 2 working days throughout the UK.

How it works

  1. Choose your Philips AED

    Select the HeartStart HS1 (ideal for most workplaces) or the HeartStart FRx (designed for higher-risk environments). Both are built for first-responder use with clear voice guidance.

  2. Read and agree to the programme terms

    The Always Ready Program is a 3-year subscription, renewing annually. Review the full agreement below before subscribing.

  3. Receive your device

    Your Philips AED arrives within 2 working days, fully charged and ready to deploy. Setup takes minutes — no technical knowledge required.

  4. We take care of everything else

    Proactive consumable replacements, insurance, post-deployment replacement and fault cover — all managed for you throughout your subscription.

Always Ready Program Agreement

Effective date: 1 July 2026

1. Parties

This agreement is between Heart2Start (the "Provider") and the customer who subscribes to the Always Ready Program (the "Customer").

2. Subscription term

The Always Ready Program is a 3-year subscription. The initial term commences on the date of your first payment and runs for 36 months. At the end of the initial term, and at the end of each subsequent annual renewal period, the subscription renews automatically for a further 12 months unless cancelled in accordance with clause 5.

3. What is included

  • Supply and delivery of one (1) Philips HeartStart AED (HS1 or FRx as selected)
  • Proactive replacement of pads and batteries before their expiry dates
  • Insurance against accidental damage and theft for the duration of the subscription
  • Free replacement device following confirmed deployment in an emergency
  • Free replacement device in the event of a confirmed device fault
  • UK delivery of all replacement devices within 2 working days

4. Payment

The monthly subscription fee is charged on the same date each month. For the first month, a promotional 50% discount applies automatically. All subsequent months are billed at the full rate shown at the time of subscription. Prices are inclusive of VAT where applicable.

5. Cancellation

The Customer may cancel the subscription at any time by giving 30 days' written notice to Heart2Start. Upon cancellation, the Customer must return the AED device in good working order within 14 days. Failure to return the device will result in the full replacement cost of the device being charged to the Customer.

6. Customer responsibilities

  • Store the AED in the location declared at the time of subscription
  • Notify Heart2Start promptly following any deployment or suspected fault
  • Ensure the device is accessible and visible to those who may need to use it
  • Not attempt to repair or modify the device

7. Ownership

The AED device remains the property of Heart2Start at all times. The Customer is granted a licence to use the device for the duration of the subscription.

8. Liability

Heart2Start warrants that all devices supplied under this programme are maintained in accordance with the manufacturer's guidelines. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Heart2Start's liability is limited to the replacement or repair of the device. Heart2Start is not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

9. Governing law

This agreement is governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
